I ordered some furniture off the internet from furniture123 (www.furniture123.co.uk).
They advertised delivery time of 4-5 weeks for the item I ordered.
After 8 weeks the furniture still had not arrived.
I have made literally dozens of calls to them over the past few
weeks trying to find out when my furniture would be delivered.
On several occasions I was given delivery dates that never happened
(i.e. they lied to me).
After 8 weeks they still had no idea and didn't seem to care that
the furniture was 3-4 weeks late, so I demanded my money back.
The staff throughout were unhelpful, disinterested, incompetent
and towards the end as I started complaining they were very rude.

I agree Ive ordered stuff from Funiture1,2,3
and it never turned up either. They offer very poor service. I dont
know who there delivery company is but f123 told me what I had ordered
had been in the depo for 3 weeks.
There delivery company is crap. Dont spend your money here its not

I ordered table and chairs from furniture
123, i waited 4 weeks for delivery, when it arrived
the table did not match the chairs and the table was damaged i am
still awaiting a replacement and fone calls back!!! Caroline

For your reference the delivery company seems
to be Furniture Logistics. I have had a similar
problem - bed ordered in May, account debited in May, after numerous
phone calls and emails the bed was finally delivered. July 9th.

I bought a Parasol and was of course charged
on my card the same day. After some weeks it has
arrived. There is no base unit to stsnd it in. On phoning I am told
the base is £99 and not included. I cannot find a base to
order on there site and the advert gave the impression that a base
was included.
Canopy Width: 260cm
Pole thickness: 3.8cm
Base weight: 25kg
