We moved From Finsure C/O NiG Skandia Motor Insurance through our trusted Motor Insurance Broker Who is not at the centre of this dispute. Indeed I must mention that they have been outstandingly helpful.

Executive Insurance Broker, Edgware Middlesex secured cheaper insurance for us with Cornhill . It was some £500 cheaper per year. So at the end of our yearly term we renewed with CornHill Insurance via our Broker. FINsure/Nig Skandia was duly informed by our Broker that we would not be renewing as it was £500 extra than what we had been offered elsewhere.

They were Informed 6 times that we do not have an Insurance Policy with Finsure nor do we want one. But we are still getting demanding letters stating it will harm our credit rating or thay will pass this collection issue to thier department. They were informed 5 times in total on the phone number 0870909690040. Mr James Alabaster is head of collections of Finsure Premium Finance Manager who name is on the threatening letter dated 16 October.

My Broker has sent 3 letters to inform them that we are with another agency. I must advise TCCL as they take on this complaint that if my credit rating is harmed or if I get one more letter demanding £793.07 for a policy that does not exist I will seek legal advise.

Please take my complaint and lets hope they dont bypass you or dismiss the information they receive at their agency staffed call centre in Leicester.

Mr Pattern has since received a Notice from a Collection Agency for a debt he insists has not accrued as no insurance was taken out with Finsure for the new term.
