Bought Fuji Finepix A201 digital camera, it was finally picked
from City Link Bristol on 20/09/2002. The USB connection between
the computer and camera worked for one day (still take pictures).
Filled in the RMA authorisation request and was accepted on morning
of 23/09/2002. Presented the box to my courier (Priority Express),
refused to send because of the PO Box address instead of a proper
address.
I then spent most of the afternoon (23/09/2002) getting a busy
tone on Ebuyers phone number.
About 4pm i was lucky to join the queue of 14 other callers
on their customer service line. This eventually whittled down
to 1 caller at 4.57 then increased to 5 callers.
This is one I am feeling nervous about and from what I have
read so far on the internet I have good cause to be.
I shall be pursuing this like a mad dog and will keep you posted.

I have had a similar experiance and
have yet to be refunded my money for a product i did not order back
in october 2002, i strongly urge people to think twice before ordering

I've used Ebuyer and had no problems
with them and I've had quite a lot of stuff from them (all working

I have bought flash memory which works
on XP only not on Win2000 or Win98, specs say it
should work on Win98, Win2000, NT and Xp.
Also bought DV Editor, which will not let me switch off my computer
and also i can not install it on any of my computers, help is not
possible because no one will answer the phone at "ebuyer"
and so called E-Notes are not replied to. Ahmednawaz...23

I bought a buffalo wireless air station,
after 2 months it stopped working. Tried in vain to contact ebuyer
3 attempts by phone ,40 minute calls with no answer.E NOTED them
as they like you to,4 days later still no answer.I will never use
