Having complained about my cable modem connection since march
2001. I wrote to Mr Barclay Knapp Managing director.He never bothered
to acknowledge my letter.
I wrote again on the 27th of July 2001 and I have still had no
acknowledgement. Hopefully the problem has been sorted now thanks
to a Ms Samira, who was extremely helpful.
My main complaint is that I was ignored by Mr Knapp. Also when
phoning you are put in a queue and I have waited in the past for
nearly 2 hours.
Tonight I had to wait 55minutes before the call was answered and
having to listen to a woman saying how important your call is
every 15 seconds.
Obviously Mr Knapp thinks this is acceptable seeing as he has
completley ignored my letters.

A Right of Reply letter has been sent to NTL notifying them of
this complaint. NTL does have a reputation and we wonder if Mr May
will recieve the courtesy of a response to this complaint. We will
keep you posted on NTL's response or lack of one.

Update on 22 August 2001
"Having contacted you on the 6th August with a complaint concerning
ntl. I have had one phone call call from them with a promise that
they would call me back as usual no one has called so I have written
to Barclay knapp again, the letter is below."
