Briefly, I bought a PC from this company over the Internet and
when I received it, it did not work correctly.
I went through the correct channels to obtain support from them
to correct the problem but had to continuously send more than
1 email to get a response, indicating that it was urgent because
I was losing time and money waiting for them to get back to me,
I also tried to phone but the number was unobtainable.
The last time, I sent 4 emails to them without a reply, so eventually
asked for a refund, they sent me back a rude email which I replied
to telling them I would fix the problem myself.
I then received another email from the company telling me that
the person who sent me the email had been removed from the company
and how sorry they were and wanted to rectify the problem.
The lady I was corresponding with then passed the email to the
Chief Executive who was also rude when I said I either wanted
a replacement or my money back.
I would like to complain about the way I was spoken to and the
fact that I now have a PC that still doesnt work properly
and never has done since I bought it and how the company are being
totally unreasonable under the circumstances.
If I were to forward the emails to you, you will hopefully agree
how rude the company was and why Im justifiably complaining
to yourselves.
Having bought many items from reputable companies over the Internet
and had no problems what so ever, I believe some action should
be taken to improve this companys attitude to their customers.
If the emails are sent to us, i will publish them for the rest of the viewing
public to read and comment on. Meanwhile, a right of reply letter ( and email)
has been issued. We will keep you posted.

Hi Neil,
It amazes me how companies like this can get away with doing this
kind of thing.I had a similar problem to yours (look under the ebuyer
complaint!),but you seem to have had a rougher deal.
It's a shame that companies feel that they can get away with this
poor level of service,I wish you the best of luck!
