I have returned a money back form for unused insurance, after 5 years, and they claim not to have received one of the insurance certificates, although both were sent together.

I kept a copy, but it is faint, due to the ink on their form being pale grey. I have sent this to them, and hope it will be enough.

I would like, however, to warn others to be careful when sending things like this to companies, and wonder if anyone else has had similar problems with this company.
