I have returned a money back form for unused insurance, after
5 years, and they claim not to have received one of the insurance
certificates, although both were sent together.
I kept a copy, but it is faint, due to the ink on their form being
pale grey. I have sent this to them, and hope it will be enough.
I would like, however, to warn others to be careful when sending
things like this to companies, and wonder if anyone else has had
similar problems with this company.

and await to hear
whether they accept my copy certificate and refund the final £150.
