Why can't I get straight answer from BT support team?

My query is really simple: I need to know why BT does not support instant publishing, ie. publish my webdiary aka blog through my BT webspace.

Everybody at BT support give circling answer: because they dont support third party software; which is in my opinion is not the case at all.

Perhaps my question too fundamental to be answered by support team? if that's the case, why dont they just say so? then again, shouldn't they have to bring my query to their directors?

I feel my need is not being heard by BT. I never use any other telephone/internet service provider, a very good customer. even not filing any complaint anywhere when they cut off anytime contract and suggest with force (stating that violating contract, while no warning being sent in writing) to use broadband.

So why just a simple question about the use of webspace can't be answered directly?
of course there's always a way to get around with this problem, I can use webpage with frames to publish blog anyway.

But while i still can publish it, this experience made me realise how not important is customer query for BT Openworld. BT openworld support Reference Number: 627XXXX

Sorry but why should BT provide support for something they dont even supply, if you went to a barbers and asked them to solve a problem for free with a haircut you got down the road you would expect to be told no, why is this case any different
