This complaint is regarding o2/Genie.
I am extremely fed up of the way customers are being treated and
mislead by their services.
I bought a Genie SIM last year or the year before.
Was told that i had unlimitted internet access and text messaging.
I was told that all i have to do was to keep £10 on mobile
and that was it. If i wanted to make personal calls then i would
have to get extra talk time for that. I had unlimitted wap for
about 2 months maybe ?
Then they decided to bombard me with sms STATING that if i do
not top up my phone within 2 days i would loose it all. So i phoned
the company and was told that i was to ignore them and to carry
on as normal. So i did. it happend again 3 weeks later, the same
text and the same reply via phone to o2 again. Ignore it. 2 days
later my wap and sms was gone.
AGAIN i phoned and they apologised and was told that i would be
compensated (over ten times they promised to compensate myself)
Still waiting. To this day i am still paying for my wap ?? Was
told i won tickets to france from o2 ??? Still waiting. Can someone
please tell me what an earth is going on ? As i am fed up of untrained
staff telling me one thing then another. Thanking you Mrs E Calli
