On 6th April 2004 I placed a successful bid to AuctionWorld TV for an A-Sure Computer Package at a price of £565.00. Two days later, on 8th April 2004, due to unforeseeable circumstances, I rang AuctionWorld to cancel my purchase. I spoke to Ms S who said this was no problem and that she would cancel the order by contacting the supplier and arrange for the full amount to be refunded back to my credit card.

I have rang them on numerous occasions, ie. 13th April 04, 26th April 04, 6th May 04, 14th May 04, to name but a few, each call taking at least 30 minutes, and each time I am told that my refund is being processed and should be back on my card within 3-5 working days,(10 days initially).

In true AuctionWorld style, I have still not received a refund for the goods that I cancelled and did not receive. I do not have any goods belonging to AuctionWorld so I cannot see why it has to take them so long to refund my money, especially when it only took them 1 day to take the money from my card account in the first place!

Please help!!!
