RESOLVED
I purchased a 9ct white gold bangle on 15th August 02. It stated
on screen delivery within 5 working days. 17 working days and
5 phone calls later am still waiting.
I have been promised on 3 occasions that I would be contacted
by head office, to date still waiting in vain. How can they get
away with firstly, misleading information on delivery dates!
LATEST UPDATE: AUCTION WORLD NOT TO BLAME
"Thank you for your e-mail regarding my problem with Auction
World. After some investigation I received notification that
the item was in fact sent to Parcel Force for dispatch to me.
Apparently three attempts were made to deliver this item to my
address, unfortunately no card was left by the carrier on any
of these occasions.
It would appear Auction World were not to blame, indeed today
they have returned my phone call with a promise to refund my money
in the next 4-6 working days. I would like to thank you for your
help and advice in this matter. ..Brenda Woodruff"
