I bid for a globe on auction-world.tv back in may.
I had to wait several weeks for the globe and when it did come
it was damaged. I called their call centre and told them and I
was told that I would have to pay to return it.
when I said I could not afford it as it weighed a lot they did
say they would have the carrier pick it up. He came and picked
it up on the 4th of july and since then I have been phoning every
other day to try and find out what I have to do now.
I have the receipt from the carrier and now I dont know what
to do. Can you please advise me.
