I bought a Nokia 5210 from advanced mobiles including a free X-box after six months. I sent them my fifth bill from orange three months ago as requested and they have acknowledged receiving this.

I phoned them about a month ago to find out where my x box was and was told it will be delivered within fourteen days. Sixteen days later I phoned again and was told ten days.

Every time I phone they put me on hold anywhere from ten to twenty minutes which is also costing me a fortune. I phoned them again on Tuesday 11th and was told I would receive it within a week.

Obviously I don't believe them so I phoned again on Wednesday to speak to the supervisor and was promised she would phone me on Thursday.

I phoned them again on Thursday and was told 14 days. I made it clear to the person on the phone that I do not believe her and if her manager does NOT phone me by today I am taking legal action.

I have not heard anything. It has been over three months.

Please can you help?
