LETTER FROM GL KITCHENS on 11 January 2002:
Dear Sir/Madam,
we have noticed a complaint on your website regarding Miss Elizabeth
Van Den Berg, this matter has been fully resolved and we would
like you to remove the complaint from your website as soon as
possible!!
We know that she has sent you a letter stating these facts and
we would like to know how quickly this complaint can be removed
as it is affecting our business.

EDITOR's COMMENT on 12 Janury 2002:
1. No response or acknowledgment was ever received from GL Kitchens
before now.
2. The first confirmation of an end to the matter was only received
on 11 January 2002 from the Customer. See Comments below:

to have this page removed as it is driving their customers away.

"Mr. B derryman at Greater London
kitchens was eventually very helpful and arranged a second fitter
to fit my dishwasher after the first fitter again made three appointments
and did not turn up. The dishwasher now works"
